Laney graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and has worked in both commercial + residential design, along with product design before opening Reusch Interior Design in 2010. A mother of three teenage daughters, Laney lives in Mt. Lookout where she serves in various charitable organizations.

Isabella Cottone

Project Accountant

Isabella holds an indispensable role at Reusch’s Interior Design, governing all aspects of the business’s finances along with purchasing and procurement. Her high level of technical knowledge allows her to create efficient processes for both the design team and Reusch’s clients. Isabella manages a vast roster of over ninety vendor relationships which enable the design team to create homes unique to each client. By expertly organizing, tracking, and overseeing every order, she verifies quality and efficiency for Reusch Interior Design’s clients. In addition to finance and procurement, Isabella uses her tech expertise to continuously update the company website.

Isabella is currently in her final year at the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business. She is on track to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2024. Her prior experience in public tax accounting, as well as her experience at multiple AAA-certified Four-Diamond hotels, has prepared her for her multi-faceted role at Reusch Interior Design. An artist in her free time, she’s always excited to come in to work at such a colorful and creative firm.

Isabella Cottone is Laney Reusch's project accountant. She is also responsible for running her website and making sure everyone knows that Reusch Interior Design is the top design firm in Cincinnati. She's pictured here wearing jeans and a tiger-printed blouse.
